Kanban Advanced (KMP Foundation I)

The training enables the participants to understand and implement Kanban in their own context. It is aimed at project managers, process managers, leaders and team members who work with Kanban, or want to use their existing Kanban system more efficiently.

Diploma

This 3-day Kanban training is based on the contents of the Lean Kanban University (LKU). After 3 course days the participants receive the certificate KMP Foundation I. This training is the first step towards the internationally recognized certification Kanban Management Professional (KMP).

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of agility is an advantage.

Trainer

The training is conducted by Markus Wissekal of 'coach and coach' (Trainer Review). Markus is a Lean Kanban University accredited trainer and very experienced Agile Coach.
